Lisa is the Managing Director of fibreHR and brings extensive experience from her work with a number of large organisations such as HSBC Investment Bank, Barclays Capital, Foster’s Group and The Just Group. She has worked in London, Melbourne and Adelaide across a range of sectors including banking, FMCG, communication, retail, property, consulting and IT industries.

As well as providing generalist HR services, Lisa has managed the international mobility and recruitment functions for a number of businesses. She has undertaken extensive work in business restructuring, policy development, and HR Information Systems management and reporting.

Lisa holds a Bachelor of Arts from Melbourne University, where she majored in Criminology and Politics.

She possesses comprehensive knowledge across all facets of Human Resources, with a focus on service delivery and value-add.

Her career reflects a deep commitment to enhancing organisational effectiveness and fostering positive workplace cultures, recognised both personally and team/organisation wide as a winner of HR Practitioner of the Year and Employer of Choice awards.

Nikki Constantine

Nikki has 10 plus years of Human Resources experience, with a strong background in Private and Commercial Care, Community Education, Utilities - Electricity and Gas and Environmental Monitoring. She has held standalone Human Resources roles within FMCG manufacturing and served as a People and Culture Business Partner in the Not-for-Profit Aged Care and Community Education sectors.

As a consultant, Nikki supports and leads clients with end-to-end HR operational requirements and strategic projects. Her passion lies in supporting staff, leaders, and business owners through the full employment lifecycle.

Nikki implements practical, compliant, strategic, and business-centric HR programs that facilitate all things people. Her strong end-to-end talent acquisition skills extend to casualised, permanent, and fixed-term arrangements across Child Care, Education in trauma informed Schools and RTO, Manufacturing, Professional Services,Trades, Clinical, and Not-for-Profit sectors.

People are Nikki's passion and ensuring they feel valued, respected, and enjoy the journey is her motivation. 

Nikki has completed Mental Health First Aid Australia Training, Australian Institute of Management's HR Essentials, Institute of Commercial Management's Diploma in Event management, and Esset Australia's Certificate in Business Administration and Management.

Finance & Operations Manager

Steve has been driving productivity and efficiency at major FMCG facilities for many years. He has previously held senior strategic roles at Fosters Group managing the Capital Expenditure Program globally as well as Transformation and Integration Programs.

He is passionate about maximising return on investment at every level.

Steve is responsible for being a Client liaison as well as supporting the fibreHR Team.
